Equipment feature:
1. Equipped with automatic focusing system.
2. Using high-quality isolators to protect fiber laser window, which enhances stability and laser life.
3. Beam quality is much better than the traditional marker. As the base module (TEM00) output, diameter of focal spot is less than 20 um. Divergence angle is 1/4 of semiconductor pumped laser. Particularly applicable to fine, precision marking.
4. Electro-optical conversion is more efficient, power consumption is only 1/10 of lamp-pumped solid-state laser marking machine.
5. Long life time of laser tube (about 100k hours ), can work under adverse environment.
6. Processing speed is 2 or 3 times quicker than traditional marker.
7. Under WINDOWS interface, compatible with files outputted from software such as CORELDRAW, AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP etc. Support PLT, AI, DXF, BMP and other documents, directly using SHX, TTF font.
